I am Alida Theron. I have completed my studies at the University of Pretoria and did my practical years at hospitals in and around Cape Town. I have obtained additional experience in Emergency Medicine as well as diplomas in both Child Health and Anaesthesia.
My passion is preventative health care especially when it comes to Child- and Woman’s Health. I believe in quality individualized care of each patient tailored to his or her own personal needs and medical background.

My name is Nikki Abousselam, I am a Counselling Psychologist and obtained my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of the Free State. I have a passion in working with adolescents and adults regarding problems in the acquirement of developmental tasks, adjustment difficulties and life challenges. I make use of an integrative psychotherapy approach to optimise the psychological well-being of my clients.
I also assess cognitive, personality and emotional functioning in relation to life challenges and developmental problems as well as assessing specific developmental processes, more specifically subject choice and career choice using psychometric assessment measures.

Philip du Plessis graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy with honours.
As a healthy and energetic sportsman, Philip naturally retains a passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle. This has led to his completion of the postgraduate Sports Physiotherapy course (SPT1) in 2010.
Philip established his private practice, Philip du Plessis Physiotherapy, in 2009. During this time he has worked with a number of well-known and respected athletes. He also gained vast Internal Medicine & ICU experience working together with a number of specialist Physicians.
In 2012, Philip attained the position of Head of the Medical Department for Premier Soccer League Club, Ajax Cape Town. It was at Ajax that he managed a team of Physiotherapists, Biokineticists & Sports Conditioning Trainers and worked hand-in-hand with a number of internationally accredited Sports Physicians & Orthopedic Surgeons.
Philip has also completed a number of additional courses such as Dry Needling, Muscle Activation, Lynotherapy and Spinal Manipulation.
